We are a family run business who sell quality used (some new) beds and mattresses and other products.

We are NOT able to provide a Returns Process for our products.

Most of our products are used (or ex-display) and have been cleaned and treated for bed bugs and mites prior to delivery.

We recommend customers visit our workplace and inspect/try our products prior to purchase.

All sales are made on a no-refund principle. We cannot accept responsibility for any failures or issues post delivery/collection of any our products.

All customers are given the opportunity to inspect and check their goods upon delivery.

All customers are required to sign the delivery form provided to confirm receipt and acceptance of our terms.

We respectfully request that all purchases are made with the explicit understanding that these are our terms of sale and returns are NOT accepted.
