How Much is Delivery?

We only charge £15 for kerbside only delivery in the Plymouth, UK area.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

Yes, we accept all the usual Credit Cards, Cash on Delivery/Collection or Bank Transfers.

Do they smell?

No, Unless stated otherwise our products are secondhand used products. We treat all products and clean where possible. Being that the products are used there may be some marks and stains, nicks or small tears. We have tried to show these in our extensive pictures but you are welcome to come and inspect the product before you buy.

Do you deliver outside of the Plymouth area?

Sometimes, we mainly concentrate within our locality of Plymouth, UK but sometimes can offer delivery into other areas. We suggest you contact us to discuss this further.

Can we buy and try these products?

No, Upon delivery we will ask you to check the product and sign to accept the condition and receipt of the product. We do not accept returns and ask that you understand that these products are secondhand used and you are buying them accordingly.

Where have the beds come from?

We procure our stock from many different areas. Some come from auctions, closing down sales or even trade in’s.

What days do you deliver?

Every day. We normally make deliveries after 16.00 each day but will discuss a delivery slot once an order has been processed.

Can we collect?

Yes, please feel free to collect from us by prior arrangement at Units 1&2, Camel’s Head Storage, Harbour Avenue, Plymouth, PL5 1BH.
